Buddy! I was adopted from
Table
Mountain. My first owner thought I was too big. I don't
know why...I only weighed 80 pounds! I had really bad separation
anxiety at my new home. Lucky for me, my new mom was patient,
and we worked through that over time. In 2005, I had a nerve
sheath tumor in my armpit area. My left leg was amputated, and
the tumor was completely removed. I had a lot of bleeding and
required a blood transfusion, followed by five days in intensive care
at CSU in Fort Collins, Colorado. I am doing great now, and
I'm so happy and lucky to be alive!
