Hi, my name is Cindy!  I think you'll agree I'm the luckiest of all...my life was narrowly spared by the vet who initially diagnosed my health issues.  I used to live with a nice elderly woman, who could no longer care for me.  Her daughter decided to have me euthanized, because she didn't have the time to give me the insulin, eye drops, and thyroid medication I needed twice a day.  Just before my final injection was about to be given, my other vet walked in, and elected to nurse me back to health and give me a chance to find another great home!  Thank goodness for him, because now I live with a doting doggie mom, and four other loving fur-siblings, one of which is a funny little cat, named Leo!  I'm mostly blind right now, but the docs think with time and medication, my sight will improve.  I'm just so glad my new family found me!
